From 9 AM – 12 PM there will be a “ground-breaking” event for the new Mindfulness Trail being forged within Carrcroft woods. Principal Mark Overly of Carrcroft Elementary School has stated that students will be assisting with a repurposing project aimed at creating a more inviting space complete with stations for mindful seeing / breathing / hearing / smelling and even an outdoor classroom!

The children need our help to assist in clearing out and hauling off of debris, spreading mulch, and in constructing parts of the trail. Any assistance or donations are welcome! Please email Mr. Overly (Mark.Overly@bsd.k12.de.us) for further details or if you are willing to help.
