Thanks all for your attendance at the Annual Carrcroft Community Meeting held 6/4/2024. It was appreciated to see many new faces and witness such engagement by our residents. One main topic of conversation pertained to a series of possible improvements at the Marsh Rd. and Baynard Blvd. intersection. There were rumors of a traffic circle or stoplight, and obviously quite a bit of concern about the outcome of this project.

Below is a compilation of info from DelDOT along with an “outdated” traffic study from 2019 (1st link) showing the then proposal. Additionally there is another page (2nd link) with the active status officially listed on their website that contains few details. In either case the CCA Board would encourage our community members to reach out using the contacts listed for details or to express any lingering concerns. The more voices they hear from the more opportunity we have to influence the end result.
